Making an Order

How do I place an order?

4 easy steps to place your order:

  1. Simply create an account @ https://www.purelyfresh.com.sg/my-account/
  2. Search for your favourite product on the search bar located near the top and add it to cart.
  3. Click on the cart icon near the top of the page and proceed to checkout.
  4. Key in all the required information and the order will be delivered during your preferred time slot.

Why do I have to create an account to place orders?

We have many promotions coming up and having an account allows us to share them with you!

Is there any minimum order?

The minimum order is $50, with a $10 delivery fee charged for orders below $69.
For orders above $69, there will be free delivery.

Is there any delivery charge?

Delivery will be free for orders above $69. For orders below $69, a delivery fee of $10 will be charged.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

After successfully checking out, you will be directed to an order confirmation page. Also, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.

What if I want to make amendments to my order?

A new order has to be made and the wrong order will be cancelled. Please inform us of the wrong order immediately at 8399 2940 or 8399 2037. You can also email us at enquiries[at]purelyfresh[dot]com[dot]sg.

What if I want to make a bulk order?

If you want to make a bulk order, please email us at enquiries[at]purelyfresh[dot]com[dot]sg and specify the product and quantities.

Will I receive the products exactly the way it is shown on the picture of the product?

Due to changes in packaging designs and also the constant sourcing of better suppliers, the product you receive may not look exactly as seen on the website. Rest assured the product you received is still the quality product you want, if not better!

How do I know what are the available time slots?

Available time slots for up to 1 week are shown during the Checkout page.

Order Payment

What are the available payment methods?

You can pay online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. For added convenience, we accept PayNow as well!

Can I pay by cash or cheque?

Currently, we do not accept cash and cheque payments.

How secure are my payment details?

Payments are made through PayPal’s website, where industry-leading SSL (Security Sockets Layer protocol) technology is used to keep the information safe.

Delivering the Order

Can I choose a specific timing for the delivery?

Currently, we are unable to deliver at a specified timing. However, we look forward to providing such a service in future.

If I place an order today, when will it be delivered?

The order will be delivered on the very next day. For more delivery information, please click here.

Where are the places you deliver to?

We deliver to all places within mainland Singapore.

What if I want to change the delivery address or time slot after making the order?

Inform us immediately at 8399 2940 or 8399 2037, and we will try our best to fulfil your request if order has not been processed. We really appreciate all the notice you can give us!

What if I want my orders to be left at my doorstep or with my residence’s security guards?

To ensure the freshness of your orders, deliveries will not be left at your doorstep or with your security guard. Rest assured we will inform you before delivery so that someone can be at home to receive the order.

What if no one is at home during the delivery?

We will inform you before delivery so that someone can be at home to receive the order. If our attempts to reach you is unsuccessful and there is a missed delivery, we will arrange a re-delivery. However, we will reserve the rights to charge a re-delivery fee of $20.

Can I do a self-collect from your facility?

Currently, we only provide delivery services and not self-collect service. In future we hope to be able to provide this service as well.

How are my items packed and delivered?

The items from your order are handpicked daily from our suppliers and kept in an insulated box to maintain their freshness.

Should I keep my order in proper storage after receiving it?

For the fresh items in your order, we strongly recommend you to use it immediately or keep it refrigerated to maintain its freshness.

Loyalty Points

How does the PurelyFresh® Point system work?

Whenever a purchase is made with your account, you will be rewarded with PurelyFresh® Points! These points entitle you to amazing discounts so that you can get even more fresh groceries :)

How do I get PurelyFresh® Points?

The points will automatically be added to your account once your order has been completed! Every dollar that you spend will entitle you to 1 PurelyFresh® Point. They may also be earned through our Exclusive Promotions, in which more details will be provided.

How could I use PurelyFresh® Points?

PurelyFresh® Points can be redeemed at the Check-Out Page for discounts on your next order. You may also keep accumulating points through several purchases and redeem discounts of higher value at a later time.

With every 400 PurelyFresh® Points, you can enjoy $5 discount off your order!

*PurelyFresh reserves the right to amend the point redemption structure without prior notice.

Is there any requirement regarding the number of PurelyFresh® Points to be used for redeeming the discounts?

You need to have have a minimum of 80 PurelyFresh® Points before you can redeem.
400 PurelyFresh® Points = $5 discount.

Can I convert the PurelyFresh® Points accrued into cash and withdraw it from my account?

No withdrawal of cash is allowed from your account.

When will PurelyFresh® Points be reflected on my account after making an order?

PurelyFresh® Points will be added into your account after payment has been confirmed.

How do I check my PurelyFresh® Points accumulated in my account?

You may login to your account online and check your PurelyFresh® Points balance in "My Account" page.

Can I transfer my PurelyFresh® Points to someone else?

No. PurelyFresh® Points are non-transferrable.

How do I give my feedback regarding my order?

What happens if there are missing products or products that you are unsatisfied with?

Upon delivery, just inform our friendly delivery crew that you would like to go through your order and check the products received. For any products found missing, we will offer a full refund for that product or arrange a redelivery for it. For products that you are unsatisfied with please refer to PurelyFresh®’s Guarantee below.

What is PurelyFresh®’s Guarantee about?

At PurelyFresh®, we believe in providing quality products to our valued customers. Therefore, any products found not to meet our standards of freshness and quality, we may choose not to deliver that product and offer a full refund for it. In addition, for products found unsatisfactory by our customers upon delivery, we will also offer a full refund for it.
